Right to withdraw

For consumers pursuant to § 312g German Civil Code

Right to withdraw

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

To exercise your right to withdraw, you must inform us:

by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract.

Exclusion / early expiry

The right to withdraw does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods made to customer specifications or clearly tailored to personal needs. For sealed goods, the right to withdraw expires if the seal has been removed after delivery, provided that the goods are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene.

Note on B-stock / used items

For B-stock, liquidation lots and used items, we may reduce the statutory warranty period pursuant to § 476 (2) German Civil Code to one year from handover, provided that you were expressly informed of this before conclusion of the contract and agreed to the corresponding arrangement during the order process.
