Withdrawal policy

For consumers pursuant to § 312g German Civil Code

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us:

by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract.

Exclusion / premature expiry

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are made to customer specifications or are clearly tailored to personal needs. In the case of sealed goods, the right of withdrawal expires if the seal has been removed after delivery, provided that the goods are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene.

Note on B-stock / used items

For B-stock, liquidation lots and used items, we may reduce the statutory warranty period pursuant to § 476 (2) German Civil Code to one year from handover, provided that you were expressly informed of this before conclusion of the contract and agreed to the corresponding arrangement during the order process.
